      Hi All,

      I am completely new to this software. We have downloaded the virtual appliance on a VM on a VMware vsphere ESXI, and we are using Virtuozzo Hyberd Infrastructure (VHI) as the source for the backup.

      Now when we try to connect to it, we are facing an issue with Inventory synchronization Failing with a critical error:

      Synchronization task failed: ConnectionException: compute-api.svc.vstoragedomain.: Name or service not known

      Hello @ZakariyaKhalaf

      Could you show some logs for task? Do you have DNS with resolve of this name?
