Cannot take a backup in Oracle KVM environment - Queued status stuck

Hello, for my Oracle KVM environment (ovirt), I defined the bare minimums for a test VM backup. But the backup job does not proceed and the Backup task itself, as well as its export sub-task gets stuck in Queued status.
I took a look at the logs, but could not find anything worth noting. How can I troubleshoot the problem?

Backup typically state in queued state because there are not fulfilled requirements. Could you show Node page from our UI
