I am running the Storware in evaluation (free) and using Application backup approach for MySQL. When setting the schedule there is no "incremental" option. Only Full Backup and Backup synchronization (screenshot attached).

Is this expected by design for applications?

        Hello @sangram

Yes, this is expected behavior, we can create only full backups of Apps. You can save space on Backup Destination using some of deduplication types (like synthetic BD)

        Regards

@sangram Yes, this is expected for MySQL in Storware. Application backups typically require full snapshots for consistency, and synchronization tracks changes, not incremental backups. It's similar to how Spotify syncs data. Check Storware's docs for more on incremental backups.
